What Needed Fixing
The home had rich heritage character, but suffered from outdated electrical lines, damp corners, heavy ceiling beams that felt oppressive, and dark rooms with poor ventilation. The family wanted to preserve their legacy while upgrading to international luxury standards with complete climate control, fresh air circulation, and display walls for their art collection.
How We Delivered
We reinforced the foundation and installed modern waterproof insulation barriers throughout. We opened up a central light well to create a lush, indoor landscaped courtyard that brings daylight and fresh air directly into the dining and family rooms. Museum-grade 98+ CRI spotlights were calibrated specifically for their oil paintings, and all flooring was renewed with French white oak and Botticino marble.
